    German car magazine auto, motor + sport picked out five stars of the Beijing show:

    1) Ford Start concept: Concept car with a 1-litre 3-cylinder turbo





    2) Hyundai Verna: "Compact" model on a totally-new platform, for China only at first



    3) Chevrolet Volt MPV5 (based on the Orlando) - its 16 kWh battery can take it 50km, after which its 1.4l engine takes over. A "Range Extender" is mentioned. (sorry about the size!)



    4) Citroën Metropolis - a 5.3m-long study with 460hp hybrid drive



    5) Lamborghini Murciélago China Limited Edition - only 10 of these will be sold...
